HALF-DAY WINTER 2008 - 2009 SCHEDULE Beginning October 16th through March 30th Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sat/Sun 2 trips 6:30 - 12:30 ~ 1:00 - 6:30 Daily Double Trip Deals and Coupon The Daily Double is my favorite half-day open party trip out of San Diego. She is an extremely comfortable boat with plenty of rail space and a huge sundeck. At 65 x 20ft. she is perfect for company charters that demand plenty of space. Below the main deck you step into their well stocked galley. At the helm is Captain Fred Huber(Click for his profile). Fred is an awesome guy and Captain and great with kids or new fisherman or ladies. I learned to fish the elusive Calico Bass and if they are biting then Fred is your best chance for catching them. A LSO AVAILABLE FOR CHARTER YEAR ROUND   The boat runs twice a day (*Summer schedule)at 6:30am and again at 1:00pm. The fishing grounds are anywhere from 20 minutes to and hour away depending on what's biting where. The Daily Double fishes half day at the Point Loma Kelp Beds and other local areas. They leave twice daily at 6:30 am and again at 1pm. Each trip is about 5-6 hours long .Starting January 3, 2005 thru March 18 they will go to a winter schedule, Departing Monday - Friday at am and departing Saturday and Sunday at 6:30 am and again at 12pm. Both of these trips will take you to a variety of local hot spots along the San Diego coast, from Imperial Beach to La Jolla. Expect to Catch a variety of fish including Barracuda, Bonito, Rockfish, Calico Bass and Sand Bass.
